Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Assistant/Receptionist at our Navi Mumbai practice. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, supporting oral care tasks, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and maintaining clinic cleanliness. Additionally, the role will involve handling patient interactions, managing appointments, and coordinating front-office activities to ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care
- Experience in Dental Assisting and Sterilization protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members
- Organizational skills for managing appointments and maintaining clinic efficiency
- Knowledge of dental equipment and procedures is an advantage
- Basic computer skills for clinic operations and scheduling
- Relevant certification or diploma in Dental Assistance is preferred
